4. Order accuracy check
4.1 Purpose of processing
In order to protect against abuse, prevent losses and ensure the correct execution of orders, SCASE Service EOOD performs an automated check of the customer's accuracy with each new order.
4.2 Categories of processed data
- The following personal data provided when ordering are processed:
Name and surname;
Telephone number;
Email address;
City (town).
4.3 Sources of information
The check includes:
Checking the internal archive of S Case Service EOOD for unfulfilled orders, unclaimed cash on delivery shipments or abuses;
Checking publicly available sources, including the website nekorekten.com, for established incorrect behavior towards other traders.
4.4 Grounds for processing
The processing of these data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6, para. 1, letter f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) - legitimate interest of the administrator. The interest is expressed in the need to protect ourselves from damage caused by customers with proven incorrect behavior.
4.5 Consequences of established incorrectness
If incorrect behavior is established (including unsolicited shipments or refusal without good reason), S Case Service Ltd. reserves the right:
to refuse to fulfill an order with cash on delivery;
to request advance card payment for the execution of the order;
in case of repeated violations - to completely refuse the execution of future orders.
4.6 Storage period
Data for established incorrectness are stored for a period of up to 2 years from the last unsuccessful or incorrect order, after which they are automatically deleted, unless there is a legal basis for longer storage (for example, in the event of a lawsuit).
