Orders that are not confirmed personally by the client will not be processed and shipped.
Orders are delivered from 3 to 7 business days to the address, office or vending machine you specified.

During periods of increased promotional campaigns (Black Friday, Christmas and other holidays), shipments may be delayed due to the workload of courier operators.
ES CASE SERVICE LTD is not responsible for broken glass protectors if the client did not take advantage of the "Inspection / Test" service provided to him, or did not examine the protector in front of the courier and subsequently (after leaving the courier office) found breakage / damage!
